Which pan is suitable for frying fried eggs?

1. Non-stick coated pans
These are coated pans. Thanks to the coating, nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan and it does not burn any food. In addition, frying with little fat is possible with these coated pans. There are two types of coated pans:
– Ceramic or enamel pans:
These pans are coated with ceramic or enamel. Unlike Teflon pans, these pans require more oil for preparation. But these coated pans are more robust and scratch-resistant. In addition, the temperature can be turned much higher here. Due to the material, these pans can also be safely used by nickel allergy sufferers.
– Teflon-coated pans:
The non-stick coating of Teflon pans consists of the plastic polytetrafluoroethylene. These pans can only be used for frying at low or medium temperatures. Too high temperatures can damage the material and even warp in the worst case. Teflon pans are ideal for cooking vegetables, fish or pastries, as well as onions of onions.
2. Uncoated pans
These pans are mostly made of iron, copper, stainless steel or cast iron. Although roasting is more demanding in these pans, uncoated pans also offer more benefits. So the taste becomes more intense and the natural flavors are better preserved. If one cares for uncoated pans properly, one has also enjoyed it for a very long time, while the material wears off more quickly with nonstick pans. Even with the uncoated pans there are different pans:
– cast iron pans:
These pans are not just an extremely durable material. Thanks to a uniform heat distribution and a pronounced heat storage, pans made of cast iron are particularly energy-saving. They are ideal for cooking food or searing meat for a long time.
– pans made of copper:
Thanks to the copper, the heat is passed on quickly and well. In addition, the material is very robust, so these pans are often used in gas stoves. A copper pans is very good for cooking vegetables to the point or for short roast. In addition, food in these pans can easily be kept warm for one hour. It must be the stovedo not walk.
– Stainless steel pans:
