751 Conestoga Road The combination of acoustic instruments is the unique trademark of MUSICTech. Students and teachers "risk take" with musical concepts and composition. Activities with MUSICTech are based on a body of music and computer language vocabulary including: introductions to percussion instruments; improvisational and new/experimental music concepts; as well as hands-on sessions with the equipment, supplied by the artist, to reinforce the learning process. The computer system allows for investigation of the composition process, culminating in a student-generated piece of music, possibly enhanced by a theatre, dance, or narration component.
